TCF entstand 1992 mit der Unterstützung von «MEOS Svizzera», um tamilischen Flüchtlingen «the Good News of Jesus Christ » zu verkünden.

TCF ist eine evangelikale Bewegung, deren Ziel es ist, Menschen zu Jesus zu führen.

Versammlungslokal, Angebote, Auftreten in der Öffentlichkeit

Der Hauptsitz von TCF ist in Zürich. Gemeinden sind in Brugg, Huttwil, Lausanne, Lugano und Thun.

In den Gemeinden gibt es Gottesdienste am Sonntag oder Samstag, Bibelstunden und Gebetsstunden.

Ausserdem wird in Zusammenarbeit mit den Pastoren Uthayakumar («Holy God TV») und Larwin Nickelson («Oikos International Church») vom 13.-16. Oktober 2008 erstmals eine «International Tamil Pastors Conference» stattfinden.

Herr und Frau Joseph sind für Familienseelsorge zuständig.
